I am basically looking for a good open source C++ IDE with scientific and visualization libraries built in. Can any one suggest few projects?

We're looking for long answers that provide some explanation and context. Don't just give a one-line answer; explain why your answer is right, ideally with citations. Answers that don't include explanations may be removed.

$\begingroup$ This doesn't exist. IDEs and scientific libraries are entirely separate projects. You can of course find Linux distributions that package both, but the scientific libraries are separate packages from the IDE packages. $\endgroup$ – Wolfgang Bangerth Aug 28 '15 at 13:02

Try Ceemple http://www.ceemple.com. It a IDE with some scientific computing package.
