How to Implement Analytical Magnetic Field Equations into a Physics-Informed Neural Network (PINN) in PyTorch?

Why not add a loss term of the form $$ (\mathbf{B}^+ - \mathbf{B}^-)^2 $$ to your loss function? Here the superscripts $+,-$ denote two different sides of the shell interface.

From your description, your problem simplifies to a 1D Poisson problem which you are trying to solve with PINNs and imho this should also be possible with PINNs. For $\frac{\partial p}{\partial y} = 1$...
