I am a phD student currently working on simulation and design of semi conductor nanolasers. This subject is a great cross over between various physics disciplines such as solid state physics, electromagnetism, optics, quantum mechanics and plasmonics. As it is related to simulation, numerical methods are also of interest to me, particularly discontinuous galerkin as well as FDTD and FEM.

I have a background in general engineering with a descent knowledge in math and physics.
